During the registration process, please check the optional activities below if you would like to participate.  Payment must be included with your online registration.  No substitutions allowed.  Activity fees are fully refundable until August 31.

Denver Union Station Dine-Around Tour
Cost per person:  $200 (includes lunch)

Minimum number required: 20 participants.  If minimum is not met by August 22, Tour will be cancelled and fees will be fully refunded.

Maximum number required: 24 participants

Following Sunday’s General Session, incorporate a culinary aspect to your ADS Meeting experience by sampling the best of the Denver in a dine-around format.  Stopping at numerous iconic Denver locations, participants will learn historic points of what makes the Mile High City so great while enjoying lunch, drinks and fun along the way.  

Red Rocks Amphitheater and Coors Brewery Tour
Cost per person:  $175 (includes lunch)

Minimum number required:  20 participants.  If minimum is not met by August 22, Tour will be cancelled and fees will be fully refunded.

Monday afternoon will have participants venturing outside the city to enjoy two of Colorado’s most iconic attractions. Attendees will enjoy a private VIP tour of Red Rocks Amphitheater, including access to the Visitor’s Center and gift shop. Then on to Coors Brewing Company for a self-guided tour and microbrew tastings.

MONDAY NIGHT CLOSING RECEPTION AND DINNER

You haven’t said your goodbyes yet so get ready for another evening of true ADS camaraderie.  This farewell event will boast a local band to accompany your networking activities and build on the many relationships you have formed and nurtured during this Annual Meeting.  This event is included with your registration fee.
