Salad Recipe - Balsamic Artichoke Hearts

8 1/2 Oz. Can Artichoke hearts, drained and halved
2/3 C. Red peppers, sliced thin
2/3 C. Yellow peppers, sliced thin
1/2 C. Parsley, chopped fine
1 C. Red peppers, finely sliced
1 bottle Your favorite balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1/3 C. Fresh parsley
1 Bottle Your favorite Caesar dressing

Combine ingredients. Add one bottle of your favorite balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Toss and serve.

Yield: 4 servings.
