Roasted Sweet Potato Salad

3 C. Sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
3/4 C. Honey Mustard Dressing
3/4 C. Red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 C. Green onions, chopped
1 tsp. Minced garlic
1/4 C. Hazelnuts, chopped and toasted
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Place potatoes in a roasting pan and roast for 15 minutes until tender; cool.  In a large bowl, mix Honey Mustard Dressing, red bell pepper, green onions, garlic and hazelnuts.  Add the potatoes and season with salt and black pepper.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
