Recipe: Tangy BBQ (barbecue) Beef

1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil  
1 C. Thinly sliced onion

1 Jar (15-oz.) Chili sauce

¾ C. Water

1/3 C. Hot mustard

2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ Lb. Thinly sliced, cooked roast beef

Sandwich rolls, split

Sauté onion in vegetable oil in medium size saucepan 2 – 3 minutes or until tender.  Stir in chili sauce, hot mustard, water and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat.  Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.  Stir in beef; heat through.  Serve on crusty sandwich rolls.
