Recipe: Sicilian Tomato-Basil Wrapwich

4 Fajita size flour tortillas or basil flavored tortillas
2 C. Arugula or torn romaine lettuce leaves
2 Plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
12 Small slices fresh mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)
8 Large basil leaves
  Italian salad dressing

Squeeze it: Squeeze mayonnaise generously onto tortillas.

Stuff it: Layer argula, tomatoes, cheese and basil down center of each tortilla.  Drizzle with dressing.

Wrap it: Roll and fold the filled tortilla.

Makes 4 servings.
