Recipe: Mustard Mashed Sweet Potatoes
4 Medium Sweet potatoes, baked, peeled
2 Tbsp. Honey mustard
2 Tbsp. Butter or margarine, melted
1/4 Tsp. Ground ginger
Beat sweet potatoes in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Yield: 4 Servings.
