Horseradish Guacamole

Horseradish Guacamole

4 Small Avocados, peeled and seeded
1/4 C. Lemon juice
1/2 C. Sour cream
3 Tbsp. Extra hot horseradish
1 Tbsp. Garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp. Fresh dill, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce



In a small bowl, mash all ingredients together. Cover and chill for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with chips as a dip, or as a compliment to prime rib or steak.
