Fruit & Almond Salad

1 Pkg. (5-oz.) Salad greens
1 Can (11-oz.) Mandarin oranges, drained
1 C. Fresh raspberries
1 C. 2% milk shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 C. Sliced almonds, toasted
¼ C. Light raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing just before serving; toss to coat.

Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Serves 4.
