Caribbean Quinoa Salad with Girard’s Spicy Jerk Dressing with Hemp Seed

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 C. Red Quinoa, cooked
  • 1 oz. Radishes, thin sliced
  • 1 oz. Scallions, thin sliced
  • 2 oz. Brussels’ Sprouts, shaved
  • 2 T. Italian Parsley, rough chopped
  • 1 T. Fresh Mint, rough chopped
  • 2 oz. Carrot matchsticks
  • 4 oz. Pineapple, large dice, ½ in.
  • 4 oz. Mango, firm cut large dice, ½ in.
  • 1 T.   Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste4-6 oz. Girard’s Spicy Jerk Dressing with Hemp Seed

Directions:
Combine all ingredients then dress with Girard’s Spicy Jerk Dressing with Hemp Seed.
