ADS is a trade association representing manufacturers of salad dressings, mayonnaise, hummus, sauces (tartar, horseradish, barbecue, soy, Worcestershire, Mexican, seafood, steak, hot and other sauce products), salad products and flavorings; dry mixes, sandwich spreads, mustards and dips.  Suppliers eligible for membership supply the following (but are not limited to):  ingredients, packaging, equipment and services to dressing and sauce manufacturers.
