2005 Techincal Service Award Cirigliano Honored at ADS’ 2005 Technical Meeting
Dr. Cirigliano received the award due to his active participation in ADS for several years. He has participated on and provided leadership to the Microbiological Risk Assessment Subcommittee for the ADS-sponsored study on the microbiological quality of salad dressings undertaken by the University of Georgia. He has also given advice to several subcommittees on numerous other initiatives. According to ADS’ Associate Director, Jeannie Milewski, “Mike’s dedication to ADS has greatly influenced the success of many of its technical activities. His expertise and contributions are very highly valued and appreciated.” ADS is an international association of manufacturers of salad dressings and sauces and their suppliers. ATLANTA – Dr. Mike Cirigliano, Group Manager/Microbiology title, Unilever Foods, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, was presented with the 2005 Technical Service Award from The Association for Dressings and Sauces (ADS) during the Association’s 2005 Technical Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky, May 1 - 3. Nominations for this award are taken from the general ADS membership and then voted on by ADS’ Executive Technical Board.
