2005 Techincal Achievement Awards

The Association for Dressings & Sauces’ Microbiological Risk Assessment Subcommittee Wins Technical Achievement Award

ATLANTA – Members of ADS’ Microbiological Risk Assessment Subcommittee were presented with the Association’s 2005 Technical Achievement Award during ADS’ Technical Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky, May 1–3. The Technical Achievement Award is given when outstanding work in furthering the dressing and sauce industry has been accomplished. The Subcommittee members include:

The members of the Microbiological Risk Assessment Subcommittee won the award for their work on ADS’ “Microbiological Quality of Salad Dressings” study undertaken by the University of Georgia.
