THE ASSOCIATION FOR DRESSINGS & SAUCES NAMES GREEN GARDEN FOOD PRODUCTS’ RUBY RIVER SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE 2010 SAUCE OF THE YEAR (October 2010) ATLANTA, GA –The Association for Dressings & Sauces (ADS) named its eighth annual Sauce of the Year Award winner at its Annual Meeting held October 9 - 11 at the Marco Island Marriott in Marco Island, Florida. "We are honoured to be recognized with this award and extremely proud of our product” said Paul Kusche, Vice President Marketing & Innovations, who accepted the award during Sunday’s Award Luncheon on behalf of Kyle Anderson and the Green Garden DressingTeam that created the sauce. The Sauce of the Year Award is presented by ADS to recognize and celebrate truly innovative and delicious sauce products. Nominations for the award were received from ADS members and were then voted on by members via a blind taste test at ADS’ May Technical Meeting in Portland, Oregon. ADS members voted for the sauce product deemed to have the best overall taste. The Association for Dressings & Sauces is an international trade association of salad dressing, mayonnaise, mustard and other condiment sauce manufacturers and their suppliers.
