THE ASSOCIATION FOR DRESSINGS & SAUCES NAMES CHELTEN HOUSE PRODUCTS, INC.’S ORANGE SCZECHUAN SAUCE AS 2012 SAUCE OF THE YEAR

(Nov. 5, 2012) ATLANTA, GA – The Association for Dressings & Sauces (ADS) named its tenth annual Sauce of the Year Award winner: Chelten House Products, Inc. for its Orange Szechuan Sauce. The award was presented at the ADS Annual Meeting held Oct. 20 – 22 at Hyatt Regency Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Representatives from Chelten House Products, Inc., including Steve Dabrow, CEO; George Arcobus, Quality Assurance Manager (not pictured); and Jason Dabrow, Operations Manager, were present to accept the award.

“The culinary side of our business is really taking off and we are honored to win this award for the second consecutive year,” said Steve Dabrow, CEO of Chelten House Products, Inc. “I’d like to thank everyone who contributed to our efforts, particularly our Chef Joel Minkoff and our suppliers.”

The Sauce of the Year Award is presented by ADS to recognize and celebrate truly innovative and delicious sauce products. Nominations for the award were received from ADS members and were then voted on by members via a blind taste test at the ADS 2012 Technical Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada. ADS members voted for the sauce product deemed to have the best overall taste.
