Service/Achievement Awards
Ledenbach Honored at ADS’ 2004 Technical Meeting
ATLANTA – Lori Ledenbach, Associate Technology Principle,
Kraft Foods Inc., Glenview, Illinois, was presented with the 2004 Technical Service
Award from The Association for Dressings and Sauces (ADS) during the Association’s
Technical Meeting in Seattle, Washington, April 18 - 20. Nominations for this
award are taken from the general ADS membership and then voted on by ADS’
Executive Technical Board.
Ms. Ledenbach received the award due to her active participation in ADS for
several years. She has effectively provided technical excellence and leadership
to assist in clarifying the microbiological arena for the sauces and dressings
industry. Most recently, she served as Chair of ADS’ Microbiological Risk
Assessment Subcommittee whose charge is to re-affirm the safety of shelf stable,
dairy-based pourable salad dressings.
According to ADS’ Associate Director, Jeannie Milewski, “Lori’s
dedication to ADS has greatly influenced the success of many of its technical
programs. Her expertise and contributions are very highly valued.”
