Self-parking is available at $10/day. Valet parking is $18/day. Store your golf bags with the valet when checking in and be sure to tell them if you’re playing in the golf tournament on Monday, Oct 11. Golf bag storage is complimentary.

ADS Members are encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The above-discounted rates are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to ensure you have a room within the ADS block at the discounted rate.

When making reservations, it is essential to identify yourself as part of the Association for Dressings & Sauces group so that you will be placed in the ADS room block. Booking your room in the ADS block is extremely important because the Association, on behalf of the members, has committed revenue to the hotel for a specified number of hotel rooms. If ADS does not use the specified number of hotel rooms, which can happen when attendees book in other hotels or outside of the ADS block, the Association is monetarily penalized in the form of attrition fees for any un-booked hotel rooms in our block. We appreciate your willingness to assist us in avoiding unnecessary penalties by booking in the meeting hotel and identifying yourself as part of the ADS group when making your reservation.

To make hotel reservations, call the hotel’s Group Reservations department toll-free at (800)438-4373, and identify yourself as a member of The Association for Dressings & Sauces group. A credit card name and number is needed to guarantee the reservation, however, your card will not be charged until checkout. To avoid a cancellation penalty of one night room and tax, cancellations must be made up to (72) hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Please remember you are responsible for both reserving and canceling your own hotel reservations.
