Air Service to Fort Worth
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is served by eight major domestic airlines, including AirTran, American Airlines, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Northwest, United and US Airways. It is located just 20 minutes (17 miles) from The Renaissance Worthington Hotel.

Transportation
Transfer options between the DFW International Airport and The Renaissance Hotel include: Airporter offers an inexpensive multi-stop continuous shuttle service between the airport and all downtown hotels.  Price is approximately $19/person each way.  You are encouraged to schedule in advance; the shuttle picks up on an hourly basis.

Taxi service is also available at the airport.

Most major car rental agencies offer services at the airport.  Self-parking is $13/day with no in/out privileges and is managed by an outside vendor.  Valet parking is also available at $19.50/day with in/out privileges.  Pricing not controlled by the hotel, and is subject to change.

Traveling from the Airport:
Driving Directions: South Exit from Airport to 183 West to 121 South. Follow 121 South to downtown Fort Worth. Take Belknap exit, go 1 mile, turn left on Houston. Turn left on 2nd St. The hotel is on the left at the intersection of 2nd Street and Main.  Hotel address is 200 Main Street – Fort Worth, TX  76102.

Weather and Dress
In late April and early May, daytime temperatures are typically in the high 70’s, with evening temperatures in the high 50’s.  Evenings can be cooler, so bring a jacket.  Rainfall is moderate in April & May, averaging about four inches per month.  Business casual attire is appropriate for all business sessions and social activities during the Technical Meeting.
