Payment for these activities must be made during online registration. Activity fees are fully refundable until September 21. No refunds will be given after that date.

ADS GOLF SHAMBLE AT MONARCH BEACH GOLF LINKS

Monday, October 12 – 1:00 p.m. Shotgun Start
Set along the dramatic bluffs of Southern California, master architect Robert Trent Jones, Jr. has fashioned an intriguing layout in the Scottish links tradition on one of the select few oceanfront golf courses in the state. Managed by Troon Golf, the par-70, championship course stretches over 6,600 yards and offers sweeping ocean views, not to mention cool ocean breezes, on each of its 18 holes.

The golf course is located approximately 1 mile/7 minutes from the hotel. Transportation will be provided. A shotgun start is set for 1:00 p.m. Along with the normal individual and team prizes, there will be a Hole-In-One contest with a top prize of $5,000. Dress code is collared shirts and soft spikes (non-metal) only. No cutoffs, denim or swim trunks are allowed. Spouses/companions are encouraged to play in the outing. If you are interested in playing with your spouse or companion, please indicate this when registering online.
A box lunch and bottled water will be provided for each player. You can store your clubs in your room, but storing with the bell desk might allow for easier access on Monday. Rental clubs are available at $25. Please indicate on the online registration form your need for men’s or women’s clubs, right or left-handed preference, as well as your average score/handicap. A beverage cart will be available on the course; all purchases are the responsibility of the individual.
Cost per person: $225 (includes box lunch, bottled water on the cart, prizes and Hole-In-One contest) Rental clubs @ $25 are a separate charge.

ADS BOCCE BALL TOURNAMENT
Monday, October 12, 1:30 p.m. start time
Bocce Ball – throwing balls toward a target is the oldest game known to mankind. As early as 5,000 B.C., the Egyptians played a form of Bocce with polished rocks. The game evolved and spread through the Roman Empire and came to America with the Italian immigrant families. The ease of learning to play Bocce ball makes it a sport that people of all ages and abilities can play. Competition, laughter and fun are all part of the game!
The ADS Bocce Ball Tournament begins at 1:30 p.m. Non-alcoholic refreshments will be available during the game. Please plan to have lunch prior to the tournament.

ADS TENNIS TOURNAMENT
Monday, October 12, 1:30 p.m. start time
The ADS Annual Tennis Tournament will be held Monday afternoon. The Dana Hills Tennis Center’s tennis professional will organize players into doubles teams to play in a round-robin format. If you are interested in teaming up with your spouse, please let staff know at jknight@kellencompany.com. Rental racquets are available for a modest fee on-site. Non-alcoholic refreshments will be available. Plan to have lunch on your own prior to the tournament.

MONDAY NIGHT EVENT
You haven't said your goodbyes yet! Don your coastal wear and get ready for another evening of true ADS camaraderie. Spend your last evening mixing and mingling with each other in a fun and interactive fashion. This farewell event is an excellent opportunity to network and to build on the many relationships you have formed as well as those you have nurtured during this Annual Meeting.
